Twokin Consulting: Using EOS to supercharge a nonprofit’s success
The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a set of tools and processes designed to help an organization to run and grow more effectively. Twokin Consulting as used it to create a strong foundation for several organizations. It is based on the book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business, written by Gino Wickman, which provides a detailed explanation of the system and how it can be implemented in an organization.
In the introduction of the book (pp. xiii – xiv), Gino Wichman asks where you, as a leader, are you having the following frustrations:

People: You're frustrated with your employees, customers, venter, or partners. They don't seem to listen, understand you, or follow through with their actions. You're not all on the same page.
Profit: Simply put, there's not enough
The ceiling: Your growth has stopped. No matter what you do, you can't seem to break through and get to the next level. You feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do next.
Nothing's working: You've tried various strategies and quick-fix remedies. None have worked for long and as a result, your staff has become disengaged for new initiatives. You're spinning your wheels and need traction to move again.
While the book is written from a business perspective, Twokin Consulting has found the methodology and tools to be equally effective for a nonprofit organization.
